At Ganga Saree Falls, our story is woven with threads of resilience, innovation, and a relentless pursuit of quality. What began as a humble venture by Mr. Dashrath Malkapure in the late 1970s has grown into a trusted legacy in the Indian textile and garment industry.

Our journey began in 1976 when Mr.Dashrath Malkapure, who once worked on powerlooms and sold tea from a roadside stall, dared to dream bigger. By 1979, he established his own powerloom unit with just two machines. Through consistent quality, work ethic, and customer trust, the business grew rapidly — managing over 650 looms by the mid-1990s.

In 1997, recognizing the growing demand for superior textile products, we launched the Dhanashree brand—offering premium saree falls made from expertly woven grey fabric. The market’s response reaffirmed our commitment to quality and inspired continued innovation in textile manufacturing. In 2009, we introduced blouse pieces and linings (astras) under the Dhanashree brand—expanding our range of garment accessories. Seeing the growing demand for premium stitching materials, we launched high-quality sewing threads in 2011, reinforcing our presence in the textile and apparel industry.

In 2012, we launched Mayur, our ready-made garment brand for men. Offering formal shirts and stylish jackets, Mayur showcases our commitment to men's fashion with uncompromised quality. Our success is powered by people—especially the women in our workforce, whom we empower as key pillars of our organization. We ensure a fair, respectful work environment that promotes employee well-being and long-term retention.

With over 28 years of experience, we are a leading textile manufacturer operating across 11 states and Nepal, including Tamil Nadu, Maharashtra, and Karnataka.
